IBM commissioned Zanim8tion for a truly distinct and difficult projection mapping project.IBM’s newest scientific advancement, the Quantum computer was to be displayed in a newly furnished viewing room by Flying Foto and Design Dimension. The IBM Quantum computer is housed in a cryogenic system, similar in size to a 55 gallon drum, suspended from the ceiling in a specially designed vibration isolation system. Digital Projection Laser 8500 lumen projectors projection map the entire “U” shaped room and an additional 2 laser projector illuminate the drum shroud. A special presentation is then projected in the room to illustrate the introduction of quantum computing and it’s importance on the scientific industry.
