As part of a major overhaul of the main theatre, including a new 22m RealD cinema screen and an Auromax sound system featuring 50 new speakers, the impressive historical dome-shaped ceiling with a diameter of 45 meters now serves as immersive screen for trailers, screening openings, or athmospheric projections for special events.

Two synchronized WINGS VIOSO Station media servers feed 16 Optoma laser projectors, providing a seamless image which is frame-synchronized to the main cinema projection system.

For maintaining a sharp and aligned image, an automatic projector alignment system using 3 IP based industry cameras based on VIOSO Anyblend VR&SIM is deployed.
